A short wine list on purpose

How we choose bottles that sit next to the food without crowding the table, plus what we pour by the glass right now.

wine-table

We keep about twenty bottles, plus a few by the glass. The goal is not coverage. It is a set of wines that make sense with marrow butter, bitter greens, and dessert that is not too sweet.

What we look for

  • Bright acidity for rich plates
  • Low intervention when it tastes clean
  • A few classics for people who want something familiar
  • At least one low-alcohol option that still feels like dinner

How to order

Ask the floor for a pour that matches your plate. Tell us if you want something mineral, something round, or something a little wild. That conversation is the whole point of a short list.

If you bring a bottle, corkage is available with a two-bottle limit. We are happiest when the wine and the food are talking to each other.
