Marrow
Marrow is a modern bistro for people who want dinner with a point of view: market ingredients, a short list, and a room that feels like home after dark.

Dinner in the neighborhood

Our story
We buy close when we can, cook with cast iron and wood when it helps, and keep the menu short enough that every plate gets attention.
Come for a weeknight table for two, or a longer night with wine and the ribeye.
Dinner should taste like someone was paying attention.
Why guests return
We buy close when we can and cook what looks alive that morning.
Wood, heat, and patience. The plate should taste like attention.
Come for a weeknight two-top or a longer night with wine.
Delicious

Gatherings
Our back room seats up to 14 for a set menu dinner. We keep it simple: one seating, a shared menu, wine pairings if you want them.
Birthdays, partner dinners, small team meals, and quiet celebrations that still want serious food.
Tell us the date, headcount, and any dietary needs. We reply with availability and a sample menu. A deposit holds the room.
Minimum spend and timing vary by night. Weeknights are more flexible; Fridays and Saturdays book further out.
